True Randomness Extravaganza: finding "Würzburger Hofbräu" at "Zum Schneider" during one of the many Oktoberfest in New York City.
Americans tend to think that "October-fest" is some sort of general way of describing a beer-drinking party during the month of October.
FYI: this only holds true for the copy-cat events in the United States. The German Oktoberfest is only held in Munich, most of it takes place in September, and it is filled with drunk British and American tourists.
